Counseling Department

Welcome to PAMS Counseling Department!
School counselors are here to help in many ways. They are here to help students with their classes, their study habits, their time management, their future career choices, their relationships and feelings about everything! If assistance is needed in any of those areas, please reach out to your school counselor.

  • PAMS counselors welcome the opportunity to get to know students and work with their families and teachers to support their middle school experience.
  • Counselors can be reached by emailing or calling the counselor or students can drop into the Counseling Department to meet in person when in the building.
  • Counseling Services-Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Student Assessment, Referral Services, Coordination Services, Student Records, Consultation Services, ESTEEM Team (Student Assistance Program), Orientation and Mentoring Program, Course Selection, New Student Orientation, Scheduling, Team Meetings.
  • Counseling Department During Virtual School - During this rapid change to our virtual school model, PAMS counseling services continue to be available.  Counselors are available for video meetings via zoom or phone conferences. If you would like to schedule one of those, please email your counselor so that can be arranged. Counselors continue to be here to support you and will monitor academics and accessibility to online materials.

Students in distress while in the building, should come directly to their counselor's office
