Sharing the Love of Reading

Mrs. Julie Miller brought her Kindergarten class to spend a fun afternoon with Mrs. Hrynko’s 8th period literacy class. To kick off the fun, Mrs. Miller read a book in Spanish to all of the students. Then, Kindergarten students shared books that they wrote with their sixth grade friends. Sixth grade and Kindergarten students then took turns reading picture books to each other. The afternoon was a celebration of collaboration, reading and writing. More Photos!
