Less Stress Club
The Less Stress Club aims to educate students on how they can manage the stress in their daily lives. They will explore modern stressors such as peer pressure and how to handle these stressors in a positive and effective way. Students will learn why we need stress, the body’s different responses to it, and the negative effects of allowing stress to overwhelm them. Students will also have the opportunity to learn various stress relieving exercises as well as techniques to recognize stress triggers.
