Yankee Candle Fundraiser

 

The PAMS Choruses are having a fundraiser. The money raised helps to pay for performance attire, various events and supplies throughout the school year.

 

Students are not required to participate in the fundraiser.

The fundraiser will run from September 30-October 11, 2019. We will pass out all information during chorus class.

Please make sure that you have collected all payments before submitting your order!!

Checks are made out to PAMS Chorus

All orders and payments are due by October 11, 2019. 

There is NO sales tax.

Please be sure to fill out the tally sheets for each separate order.

 

Please fill out your name and phone number, school name, group name (chorus) and Chairperson (Ms. Darby) on all of your tally sheets. If you need additional tally sheets, please let Ms. Darby know. The company will be packing up the boxes for each individual seller. If you do not fill out the tally sheets correctly it may delay the arrival of your order

 

All orders will be ready for pickup approximately 2-4 weeks after the order is placed. The company cannot give me an exact date of shipment at this time and I have no control over when it will be shipped out.
